Removal Of Porn web addresses

I have Kaspersky Total Security set to update automatically and wondered how to deal with an issue.  Nobody has ever used my desktop PC except me. The PC is only used for personal finance, emails and purchases from online web sites such as Amazon. It has never been used to access any pornography sites - ever! After every use of the PC I 'clean' the history using three programmes - CCleaner, ADWCleaner and ATF Cleaner. Even though the Recycle Bin desktop icon shows it is empty, the three mentioned programmes go through a process of emptying it. The issue is that each time the Ccleaner programme does so it states that a pornographic website detail is being deleted. I have attached a screen shot of the offending file. There is no trace of any such file or web address within the 'visible' or 'hidden' area of the PC and a detailed search of the Registry cannot locate anything either. If the 'clean' is repeated moments later the offending reference has gone but the next time i access my online bank account or Amazon, a new 'clean' reveals the offending reference again. Is there anything that Kaspersky Total Security can do within its Settings for example to remove this permanently from my system and ensure it does not reappear? Many many thanks in advance.

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

That pic shows an entry that already is in Windows RecicleBin.

Where does CCleaner find that entry? browser cache, browsing history?
