Registry Handles Leak, Event ID 1530. Long shutdown times and freezing.

Win7_64. I've lived with this for a long time and never got rid of it completely. It also seems associated with long shutdown times and desktop shutdown stalling. I think KAV processes are staying active during the shutdown procedure? Is there a solution?:

Thank you. There is no technical support for Kaspersky Free and the site link refers questions to the Community. Since KAV is the only app of many I have installed that consistently produces and logs this event error, I can only think errors are caused by the app and how it functions? I'll try Avast and see if I get the same problem.
