hi 

I have bought license for internet security but it was USA and I am living on Oman in middle east so the license did not get activated

 

can I solve this issue without buying another license ?

A license must be activated in the country of purchase.

You may wish to contact Kaspersky Technical Support, advise them of your circumstances, they may be able to assist🤔

Please ensure you provide the following information:

  • The date of the purchase.
  • Your full name.
  • The e-mail address that you have used for the purchase.
  • Order number from the confirmation e-mail.

You can only activate a Kaspersky application in the country of the online store in which you purchased the license. 

If you try to activate the application with an activation code intended for a different country, you will get the error “Activation code is invalid for this region”. This will happen, for example, if you bought the application in the Indian online store, but you installed it and are trying to activate it in the United Kingdom.
