Regional Error

I have bought the software from Amazon UK and want to use it in a different country and given me region error how can i correct it? can you help

1. Amazon shows extra advice - did you you read it before purchasing the software: "Customers from these countries and territories are eligible to shop for Digital Software & Video Games within these locales, subject to additional restrictions. Please refer to the product detail page on item country and region compatibility with your software and video game accounts before purchase."? 
2. Kaspersky has a rule - software must be activated in the country it's purchased in, then the software can be used anywhere in the world - this does not apply if the Kaspersky license is purchased from Kaspersky's Global website. Follow this guide: What to do if activation stops with the "Activation code is invalid for this region" error?
