Hello guys

 

i have problem about region, my account created with SG region because i got collage from that but after that i back to ID and my license need a new one after i buy in local merchant he say need activated it using vpn from AUS so the license already activated but only total security can work other like password manager can't use the license.

is there anyone can help?

Welcome!

  1. Anything to do with *Region* change can only be done by Kaspersky support - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contact, via Chat or Email.
  2. Normally Kaspersky Total Security comes with Premium Kaspersky Password Manager included, we're not clear what the local merchant told you or why he would use a VPN to activate the license *but* Kaspersky's guidelines clearly state a license must be *activated in the same country it is purchased in*; if the local merchant used a VPN to activate the license it may be he has tried to circumvent that requirement - you should check with the local merchant
