REFUNDS - no such thing

Hi folks - anyone have probs with renewal of your account and then not receivng an activation code? then having to go thru a call centre in the phillipines to try and sort it out. ? i mean i have been with Kasperky for years now it just too hard.

Forget the refund - when you request thru your account it just says you are covered for 12 months anyways. (How ? if its not activated?) so in other words its a scam.

you have lost another customer russia.
