Refund not working at all. How to?

Hello,

 

Since kaspersky is slowing down my computer so much I want to request a refund.

But non of the forms or articles is working and it seems to be unable to request it.

 

If I try digital river form it just sais my information is wrong (I have the order number but can’t request a new password)

 

and if I try to contact support it doesn’t even list a country in the range of 1500km within my country so I don’t know what to select.

 

It’s getting VERY frustrating.

 

Could someone please help me

Go to https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/BE#product  - select the Live Chat option, in whichever language is most suitable:

If you purchased the subscription via a Kaspersky website & or Kaspersky business partner; before starting the chat, please make sure you have the following information available:

  1. The date of the purchase
  2. Your full name
  3. The email address you used for the purchase
  4. Order number from the confirmation email

 

 

  • If the purchase was from a non Kaspersky merchant, you must contact them direct.

Neither is working, chat does not let me go through and the last option just gives me the option again to select countries not even near Belgium. It’s getting really frustrating :/

I sent one under another country which stated dutch, I hope they won’t be difficult about it…
