Refund my money

kaspersky are scammers their  software is useless ,your soft ware has brought my pc to a standstill  i applied for my money back two weeks ago but you refuse to give it back i will be posting something  like this or worse on the net starting with trust pilot unless you refund my money

1. Also, when you applied for a Refund, were you provided with an incident reference number ?
2. Did they give a reason for the refund refusal?
3. Was this guide followed - How to request a refund?
