Refund

The title says it all, you auto-renewed for 3 years knowing you were no longer able to legally operate in the US. Offering a no name subpar antivirus as a concellation is unacceptable and not what I paid for.  I just want my money back! I tried contacting support and shockingly never hear anything back.

Thanks, but as stated I have tried that already. There is no "refund" option in any of the dropdown menus other than the how to get a refund which is a link, the same link you just posted. This makes it so you are forced to choose "other"  and then hear nothing back from support.

Didn't you obtain a mail confirmation from "Kaspersky Lab Support" with an INC reference ?
