i asked for a refund and they messaged me and said i will get it in 3-5 business days but appearantly they closed my request for not answering an email that i did not recieve, so can you please relook and my case and refund me please, you can't say i will be refunded and then send me another email saying i did not answer or did not make it clear, it is inconvenient.

The request is closed because no further action is required. Wait for a refund. In case of a problem, contact your bank if the payment was by card.
In any case you can create a new request and clarify the information.
