Hello.

The technical support for UK users redirects

https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c

to

https://support.kaspersky.co.uk/b2c/GB

which instead of the previous incident report system has a dreadful supposed AI Assistant called Peter plus chat and phone. Even the “Support” option in my.kaspersky.com redirects to this poor replacements.

Who made the idiotic decision to scrap the incident report system for UK users, who now have to use a VPN, for example setting the location to USA, to get anything near a decent incident report system.

Thank goodness there are other solutions out there.

Hello.

I incorrectly created this item in the “Community - Community Management - Community issues” section but it concerns support for Kaspersky Internet Security.

Hello @Canard1066

Welcome back!

We’ve not been able to find out why GB support site has different (read less) support options than the rest of the globe, however, approximately two months ago Kaspersky made a global change & removed the incident management function from all MyKaspersky accounts, replacing it with, what, (ioo) is a much less satisfactory solution.

We’ve heard nothing but howls of despair & displeasure from all who are contending with the new interface.

A related topic, raised by @JPEKaspersky, that may interest you, is: My Kaspersky , the support link no longer takes me to the previous configuration where I could even consult my previous requests.

Regarding your topic being is KIS category, it appears as tho a Moderator or Community Admin has moved your second topic to “Community - Community Management - Community issues”👀

Thank you🙏

Hello @Flood and Flood's wife

Thank you for your assistance on this issue.

Kaspersky does seem to make life difficult for its customers and shoot itself in its corporate foot.

Best wishes for the festive season.
