Red icon kaspersky (forever)

Kaspersky said my ANKI (wich I use to learn a language is an "a self starter” so I've agreed in desinfect, the problem is that now the kaspersky total security shows up red icon ( by side of clock), and no matter how many times I reboot the system as it ask for, it continues to ask to reboot and with a red icon of kaspersky is there any solution?

in Centro de notificacoes opposite the found threat, click on the down arrow ( \/ ) and select "add to exclusions"

I've try but nothing solved, so I reinstall de kaspersky and it became green again, I'll keep aware of my system unfortunately I didn't find any solution and I'm 2 hours working on it, but thank you for your time helping me out.

 

I’ll put it as solved, but wondering if in the near future it won’t happen again with me or another one.
