Recently purchased total security License Unable to Activate Password Manager

Hi Kaspersky Community,

I am recently migrated from Another AV to Kaspersky. I’ve recently purchased new total security license from 3rd party seller and I was able to add key to Kaspersky account. I could activate Kaspersky total security but I am unable to activate Password manager with it. My Kaspersky showing a error. But license included more apps as below,

Yes I’ve already logged in to Kaspersky account via Password manager and I’ve signoff few times/ Reinstalled the password manager still issue is same.

Is it okay to delete current my Kaspersky account and Recreate new one? Will I able to re-add my license key, if I recreate new account?

Hi,

It worked after I delete and Re-created Kaspersky account and added same license again.

i have same error and same issue after i get total security cant activation password manager 

i have to delete my account ?

its have all my password ... ???

@zak Welcome.Did you add your license in MyKaspersky ?
