Re installing Kaspersky Total Security

Hi,

I recently uninstalled the application do resolve some pc issues. I opted for the option of leaving some settings and setups on the pc during the uninstallation. Now that I am done. I need to reinstall the application. License is still active for a couple of weeks. Thing is, I cannot get to install coz it says the app is already installed. 

HELP.

@Mafe Welcome.

Please try this :

1. Backup  personal files +  registry or if possible full C drive backup
2. Close open applications → Run the Kaspersky KavRemover tool (free) → Reboot

With this procedure you will need to reactivate  the product with your current license and reconfigure your settings.

I managed to reinstall Kaspersky.

Now the system tells me that I have a license that is still active but I cannot connect. I cannot find my license.

I think the kaspersky people are just making things harder.

When I go to My Kaspersky, it shows that I have a trial version that is active till mid November 2022. But when I select that tab for the active trial, it just cycles and hangs.  It is crazy .

I assume you added your license to your MyKaspersky portal ? ?
