Ransomware attack

I was hit with ransomware, I need help decrypting files. Initially file was “.id-24C40586.[decrypt@files.mn].Roger” now its missing the last part “.Roger” . Does this mean anything, Can this be decrypted, pls help.

I’ve tried that site on my laptop, desktop, and smartphone, every time I upload the file or ransom note the site just goes blank (white). So I don’t know if there’s a decryption or not. Am I doing something wrong?
