Ramjet app on mobile phone.

I have recently bought a new phone. After a week or so a ramjet icon appeared on phone. Cant find it in settings to delete it. Afraid to delete by dragging it into bin as i have googled app and people said it replicated itself multiple times. Any suggestions .

1. Phone operating system: (a) full name? (b) version? (c) build?
2. KIS: (a) free? or licensed? {see note at the end of my reply} (b) version?
3. May we have an image of Ramjet icon please?
4. Have you run a KIS full scan?
5. Have you installed any additional (legitimate) software, that may have surreptitiously added the icon?
6. Do you have backups of all important data?
