Good Morning.

I noticed that in my GSI report (which is attached), after unzipping this file and after unzipping the "virusinfo_syscheck" folder there is a file (avz_sysinfo.htm) that tells me that I have a port (1024) associated with services.exe process that indicates in your notes to be connected to the Trojan Net Spy as shown in figure 1 that I send you.

My question is simple

This port is infecting my desktop or am I infected ?

Best regards.

And you already raised this topic - https://community.kaspersky.com/kaspersky-internet-security-13/port-1024-has-a-netspy-trojan-note-closed-717

Thank you @andrew75 , I had already forgotten that I had asked this question, my apologies.

It was indicated to carry out a full check by the support, I did it again and I don't find any threats.

Thank you and have a nice weekend.

There are no user serviceable parts in the AVZ tool or its logs. I have reviewed thousands of AVZ logs in the old forum for more than ten years, when I was authorized to do disinfections there and then. Based on my extensive experience with AVZ disinfections, I can say that the Note that you see is Not an indication of suspicion of malware infection. The note is just noting that the port could maybe possibly be related to malware.

Please contact Tech Support with any questions about non-Home User specialized utilities.
