Hello, recently a trojan named hosts2.gen has been detected in my computer and i had the choice to disinfect it. I did that. Did that erase the trojan or i have to do something else to delete it?

@JA1 Welcome.

Kaspersky blocked and neutralised the object before it reached your system, please run a full scan.

I ran a full scan and it detected nothing. Am i safe?

Thank you! Finally after days of full scanning on 4 different accounts i have in the computer and clearing temp files using disk cleanup i cant sleep with being worried!!

For maximum safe i recommend run FULL scan with malwarebytes for 100% sure.. :)

I used kaspersky, malwarebytes and windows defender. 1000% safety :p

Always use only one AV real time protection, malwarebytes only for scan and defender i suggest you to turn of.

Yes, i dont have malwarebytes for real time, and i just enabled windows defender because i thought you can use both just like it says at virus protection on windows.
