QEWE ransomware attack

MY PC HAS BEEN INFECTED WITH RANSOMWARE AND ALL MY FILES ENCRYPTED AND EXTENSION CHANGED AS “.QEWE”. PL HELP ME TO SOLVE AND RETRIEVE MY DATA..

Thanks for your valuable reply. I have applied all the way but my ransomware infection does not corrected. Pl help me further to retrieve data as soon as possile.

 

My PC infected with the file extension of “.qewe” it is from DJVU ransomware family known through websites.

 

Guide me to recover from this crisis.

Hello @Kosalram,

• Please follow the instructions provided earlier, if you have a Kaspersky software license, please contact Kaspersky Technical Support, include a zipped archive of an object that’s been affected, mark the archive “INFECTED”, protect the archive with a password & tell Support the password, include a GSI & Windows Logs, also provide a detailed history and images. 
• And, on a completely separate drive that will not be used for anything else, back up all affected data, if a solution is not currently available, one may be in the future.
