Purchasing or renewing a Licence difficulty, a message said billing was not possible in my country Bahrain.

Hi, 

Why I can not Purchase a new licence for the KS. Internet Security 2020 in my country, I have downloaded and used this program for one month, but when it expired, renewing was not possible, even when I tried to make the purchase, a massage said billing was not possible in my country ( Bahrain) ?!

What does it means, why it is not allowed since I already installed the KS Program in my device and asked me to renew/purchase?

• It appears as tho there’s two topics for the same issue🤔
