Hello @MiguelMichaeL
Welcome!

  1. Which KSCF version & patch is installed → refer: Read before you create a new topic!
  2. Previously, when KSCF was originally installed, the issue was never seen → yes or no?
  3. Has Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0 just been installed?
  4. Did the issue exist before Windows Feature Experience Pack was updated?
  5. Why was KSCF reinstalled
  6. Is there any other AV software installed?
  7. Is KSCF working?
  8. Which firewall is being used?
  9. Is Controlled Folder configured?

Please let us know?

Thank you🙏

Hello @MiguelMichaeL
Thank you for the information.

  • The most important thing is KSCF is working, thank you for confirming.
  • KSC Free has no firewall → check if Windows Firewall / Windows defender is enabled?
  • Roguekiller is not on Kaspersky's software conflict list, therefore should be ok, although, it appears to have some options, that, if configured, may be the reason the Windows protection history report is as it is…

As a temporary measure, to test the issue, we’d suggest:

  1. Fully uninstalling Roguekiller.
  2. Run a manual KSCF Database update.
  3. Shut down the machine using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login.
  4. Make sure KSCF is active?
  5. Recheck the Windows protection history report?

Please let us know the outcome?

Thank you🙏

I’m wondering, is this normal behavior? This isn’t like the cause of a virus or anything?

By the way, I allowed avp.exe and everything seems fine. I was just wondering if, by chance, this was caused by a malware.
