Protected browser does not run. Need to have access to my passwords stored there

I was trying to make a bank transaction in Chrome. Normally Kaspersky transfers me to the protected browser to make a safe transaction. This time I got this message: 

Failed to run Protected Browser. Reason: The process was aborted.
 
What shall I do? The major problem is that the passwords I need to connect to my bank are stored in the Protected Browser, not in my normal browser of chrome. Is there a way to access my stored passwords?

Can You provide the versions of K. product installed?

 

Also, do You mean You have only the passwords in the Protected Browser session the password? saved in Chrome password manager settings???🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

My version is 21.3.10.391 (m). Is there a way to update it to a newer version if available?

Let me explain. I use chrome. Before I installed K. I used chrome to access to my bank pages. Then chrome stored the passwords I used then. When I installed K., all bank pages are accessed via the protected browser that pop up. After some time, I changed the password at bank pages. These updated passwords are stored in the protected browser of chrome, not in the 'normal' chrome. In the 'normal' chrome are stored the old passwords. So my problem now is how to access the update passwords of my bank pages, stored in the protected browser

🤦‍♂️and no backup of those new passwords, ¿even via Chrome syncing account?

 

Your current version 21.3 is a bit obsolete, current new product line is 21.18...

 

I won't You recommend migrating Your current versions, because that could delete all the stored data in the Protected Browser sandbox.

 

¿Do you have the last Chrome version installed?

No I have not a back up!. Nether another machine. I suppose Chrome Syncing Account, synchronize between different machines. But in every case, password stored in normal Chrome will be synchronized, not those in safebrowser

What do you mean? To have a copy of Chrome? I don't know, chrome updates its self automatically
