problema de rota/perda de pacote em jogos

por algum motivo, sempre que entro em jogos com o kaspersky aberto, ele faz com que eu tenha perda de pacotes(com ou sem a vpn). 

por via das dúvidas, cheguei nessa conclusão depois de testar deixar o aplicativo pausado por 3 horas para testar se o problema era realmente minha internet, mas não teve nenhum problema quando joguei com o aplicativo pausado. 

alguém sabe o motivo disso e talvez como resolver?
