problem with network credentials to share files in windows 10

Hello. I have the following problem to which I have not been able to find a definitive solution. I have configured Windows 10 to share files between 2 computers through a folder using wifi. When I want to enter the folder to add or delete files, sometimes it asks me for the password and network credentials of the computer. I have tried many ways to use the correct key, but it refuses me the key, I have even disabled the option of not asking for network credentials, but it keeps asking me. I use kaspersky total security and kaspersky vpn. I have seen that when I disable Kasperky VPN, the problem is fixed immediately. How can I configure Kaspersky VPN so that it does not ask me for credentials? Are there any other settings?
