Problem status Kaspersky Cloud : "Status of the device cited by the managed application"

Since one of your last maintenance, we have a problem on at least one of our customers.

4 of their PCs are in a "Critical" state on the Coud console. With this message stated "Device status stated by the managed application".
While on their station everything is fine, update etc..

According to your documentation on the internet, we have to reinstall the application on the 4 computers in question, which is totally unproductive for me. I haven't checked the status of all my clients yet but I'm sure I have other clients affected.
This is a problem that requires an investigation on your part in order to solve this problem in a more general way
