Problem running critical system updates [Solved][Closed]

When I visit a commercial site, the safe browser opens and I see an orange warning window telling me that "KTS is not providing full protection of your data." The browser main window tells me that "Critical system updates are not installed" and gives me a "Run update" button. Clicking "Run update" takes me to the Windows Update page where I'm advised that the O/S is fully up-to-date. So where do I go from here? Windows 10 Pro Version: 1903 OS build: 18362.295; Firefox Quantum: 68.0.2 (64-bit); KTS: 30.0.3762.27d-20190319165301
