Problem renewal of subscription

Please I have a problem at renewal of subscription

I have Kaspersky internet security that will expire after about 3 weeks

I tried to renew and found an offer for Kaspersky standard, I payed and I received confirmation email but no activation code. It sent me to "My Kaspersky" page that says:

Subscription: Not supported in your region

 

Expiration date: Dec 16, 2023

 

I live in Alexandria, Egypt

I discovered that this subscription is for android devices. I meant to buy subscription for 3 PCs NOT android devices. Please how can I cancel the payment.
