Problem for trying to upload files to webDAV [MOVED]

As the title , I’m trying to create a request for checking false positive.

The files are too large for normal attaching on the request and I have to upload those files to the WebDav which is specified by the format.

when i trying to connect to the webdav folder , i used the windows explorer, map network drive to connect the webDAV , but it didn’t let me upload the file. When i tried to create a empty file there , the whole windows explorer app crashed.

So , i tried  to use the example app from the instruction, cyberduck v4.9.2 . Then, everytime i upload to the server , cyberduck app shows the upload is completed , but in the folder , there is nothing.

I tried to use the online webDAV client , Ajax browser . Then , it showed the address is not available.

Does anyone have the same problem like me ? I appreciate any suggestion or help.

note : my kaspersky app is the free version , it only has the basic functions

 Hello @mxk,

Welcome!

  • Have you created a request in your MyKaspersky account?
  • Files can be uploaded to any cloud storage, for example: One Drive, Google Drive, Mega Drive, and the share link added to the support request.
  • Please add the false positive details to a .txt file and attach📎 the file here in your topic so we can assist if possible?

Please post back?

Thank you🙏

Hello, @FLOOD

I do have mykaspersky account and that is the problem i tried to upload the files through webDAV when creating a request.

I didn’t know you can use other cloud storage as the platform to submit because it didn’t mention in the request section , so i think other cloud storage wasn’t accepted.

I guess i will use other cloud storage for the submission.

Thanks to you , my problem is solved.

Hello @mxk,

You’re most welcome☺ !

We’re delighted the issue is resolved🤸

Regarding How to attach a large file to the request documentation, agreed, it definitely could be improved to reflect alternative data sharing options.

Thank you🙏
