Problem accessing vpn linux

I'm having trouble accessing the vpn on linux. I use layer 2 tunneling protocol (L2TP) Does anyone know how to solve the problem? The antivirus is blocking.

 

Log:

do i understood right that this is happening on a Windows Device when you try to connect to a Linux Device?

If yes try to add the vpn client.exe to Trusted Applications and set the do not scan Network Traffic option.
