Which pop up?

An unlicensed program that I will use temporarily. I added the file location to the "Specify trusted applications" section in the "Threats and Exceptions" section, but it didn't help. I didn't check the options in the exceptions, is that why it didn't help? Or is there another way?

TRUSTED APPLICATIONS

 Scanning files before opening

 Monitoring application activity

 Inheriting restrictions from the parent process (of the application)

 Monitoring the activity of child applications

 Allow interaction with the Kaspersky Internet Security interface

 Blocking interaction with the AMSI Protection component

 Scanning encrypted traffic

 Comment:

 Status:

 Enabled

 Inactive

I guess so. When I pause Kaspersky anivirus, Pop Up for photoshop does not open, there is no problem.

  • Thanks 1

Hello @klik

Thank you for the information!

  • *(You) can temporally change the Kaspersky GUI from Turkish to English with key combination SHIFT + F12 (or back with SHIFT + F5), however every system start or restart the original language (Turkish) will return*
  1. Is the Kaspersky software -  Kaspersky Internet Security? IF 'yes', please read: Kaspersky: Standard, Plus, Premium - Bilgi ve SSS, Kaspersky is offering a *FREE* upgrade to Kaspersky Standard.
  2. Is the Photoshop program *licensed*?
  3. What is the *popup/error* message - post the full details - in English - from the Kaspersky Reports?

Thank you🙏

I am translating it into English. I am using licensed Kaspersky Internet Security.

It doesn't matter what the error message is. I want that program to be blocked from connecting to the outside. I have written before that Photoshop is unlicensed.

Hello @klik

  1. Go to Protection, Firewall, Configure application rules, find the program, click the icon in the Network column, select Deny.

Thank you🙏
