Policy is not supported error

Hi everyone,

We're having an issue with a device registered to Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud.

It's giving the following error: 

 Critical
Details:
-Policy is not supported: Application settings, Exclusions
 
Is there anyone that can help us understand this error and fix it please.

Hello Innovate,

the problem could have many reasons, i.e. there is an old KES Version installed on the client or there is additional AV Software from other Vendors installed. Please check on other AV Vendors on the system and uninstall them because we do not support this incompatible configuration. If an old Version of KES is installed go ahead to the Cloud Console and create a new package with current version. 

Uninstall KES and Network Agent from the client by removing the device from cloud console. Once done re-install the new package. Reboot the client and check if you still get the policy problem.

If still available open a ticket with technical support for further investigations.
