Please help me. I bought a license and it's not working. I can't turn on the VPN and I can't submit a bug report. I paid for the product, it's a waste of time.

The 'bug-report' can be uploaded to any cloud-service: Google-drive, DropBox, Microsoft OneDrive, Megadrive, IceDrive - include the INC & a history - so the Kaspersky support team have some information to go on - they will assist (you) if they can.
