Phone locked and there is no Forgot The Code.

My Kaspersky Internet Security for Android locked my Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime after I restart it. I don’t have a pin for that. It also does not show FORGOT THE CODE in the screen so I can’t enter my recovery code. Please help I don’t want to wipe out my data.

• Does the android have a PIN CODE at all → before you installed Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS), you never used a PIN CODE for the android, is that correct? 
• Which operating system version is the android? 

The steps are:

1. Phone locks → image 1
2. Select UNLOCK →  image 2
3. Enter android PIN CODE → image 3
