pgp ransomware(2020)

I have a file infected with ransomware that turns into a pgp extension in 2020.

I tried to proceed with decoding with the decoding tool provided by Kaspersky, but it says it's not supported, is there any way?

Also,  in a lot of cases  files can't be decrypted without the private key that is only known by the attacker.
