Permanent "Computer reboot is required"

Hi, I have Kaspersky Internet Security 21.1.15.500 and Windows 10. Kaspersky says: “Computer reboot is required” even if I reboot. I have this for a long time, even when I bought a new subscription and reinstalled Kaspersky to a newest version, the problem persists.

@Krajowy Welcome. Did you try to uninstall and reboot before reinstall KIS 21.2 ?

Yes, I actually uninstalled Kaspersky, rebooted and instelled newest KIS. No luck :-(

Any other suggestions?
