hello,

 my PC reboot untimeley after a blue screen .
A  site called “Spotify” appear, i don’t know what happen, my Kaspersky Internet security is not able to detect what is wrong.
Any idea ?

Can you please check if there is any detection alert in your Kaspersky reports.

no events in report, no any alert !

@benx  In this case it looks like Kaspersky is not the cause of your issue.

The blue screen appear during  10 to 20 sec (0%-100%).
Then Pc restart, when win10 is completely loaded the Spotify icone appear un my taskbar.
when i click on , Spotfy invite me to connect or to register.
The icone disappears when i close it.
This action appear one time per day approximately, yesterday to times, annoying  !

Could you take a screenshot on the system boot object items in here? Maybe we should check the startup object with you.

  1. Press Ctrl+Shife+Esc to open task manager
  2. Go to start-up tab and take a screenshot on it, upload it to here.

As I see, the following item may lead to this issue. Please right-click it and select Disable or open the file location to go to the application installation folder and search uninstall.exe or any uninstall application to uninstall it.

BTW. You have said “my PC reboot untimeley after a blue screen”

Which type of “blue screen”?

 or...
