PC does not show in My Kaspersky. All other devices are visible

I have connected to My Kaspersky and downloaded Total Security but my PC does not show in the list of devices. the instructions to connect a device given in the help section are not valid.

1. After installing KTS, was the computer shutdown, powered off and on?
2. Which How to connect your device to My Kaspersky & KTS remote management of computer protection instructions are invalid?
3. Is KTS licensed?
4. May we have an image of the MyKaspersky Devices tab/window please?
