PC Cleaner says my daily program is not used for 112 days!

Hello,

For some reason, the application called "Everything" which is my daily most used application (instant files search) looks to be unused for Kaspersky. 

App is never closed, always runs on startup and I use it all day long. everytime I set it to be ignored it comes back in few days which is annoying...

Is it a bug or an issue, is there anything I can do to ignore it for good? 

My system: 

Windows: 11 23H2
KS: 21.3.10.391

You could also check whether it is really the program you use every day or perhaps just its installer. You should be able to determine this from the storage location (not shown in the screenshot). Is it possibly in '\Downloads'?
