Outook incoming mail blocked

Within 2 hours of renewing my Kaspersky Total Security my emails for Outlook were blocked.

I can still send but not receive. I have tried all the fix it options offeredonline and nothing has worked. I am using Windows 10 with an old Outlook 2007 version.  I had no issues prior to the renewal.

I welcome any suggestions.

@kasperskyhelp Welcome, please try this :

> Settings > Network Settings > Trusted addresses > Add POP3/IMAP > Save

Thank you for responding. I had already added pop3 with no success. However, I just added imap too at your suggestion, and made another tweak and it has worked. I am not sure exactly how it worked but i am receiving incoming mail now. :)

Hi, there is no “trusted addresses” in my network settings?

Thank you, i see it is called “Manage Exclusions” on my side.

@ApolloMonkey In this case i  assume you see this

→ Settings → Additional → Network →  Manage exclusions → (Enter SMTP & POP server > Add + reboot)

Correct, Thanks Berny, it is on a colleagues laptop, will try it out this morning and let you know if it is sorted.
