Outlook 2019 body blank [Closed]

Using win10 pro 64-bit and kis 21.3.10.391 (b). As of today, all Outlook 2019 message bodies are blank. Am able to copy the email message body but it is not visible in outlook 2019. The task body is also blank. Updated the 1050ti drivers to the latest version, no difference. Can you please assist?

Why do you suspect Kaspersky in this issue, did you visit the Microsoft Community.

@Berny Valid point. I saw this MS post:

that lead me to believe it was AV in this case.

it appears it is this issue:

and not the kis fault. I guess we can remove this post now. Thanks for the support.
