Outlook 2010 problem error 0x800CCC0F connection to the server interrupted

Hi,

last 2 days outlook won’t connect to mail server.
It managed to connect at first after 2-3 Outlook/PC restarts.

At the end, when I disable Mail Anti-Virus, it is working.
Please solution.

If the malicious object is downloaded while Mail Anti-Virus is disabled will File anti-virus and/or other KIS modules detect if malicious object take effect?

Using:
Win10 Pro x64 Build 19045.5011, 22H2
Outlook 2010
Kaspersky Standard v.21.21.7.384
Outlook eror: 0x800CCC0F connection to the server interrupted

I did, only mail anti-virus  briefly. Nothing suspicious. I can check in detail tomorrow. What to look for?

Please reproduce the issue and check if Kaspersky is blocking your Outlook connection ?

Additionally, that version of Outlook it's very obsolete.

 

Still, You can try to add Your email account servers in K. Scan Encrypted Connections -> Trusted Addresses, to make an exclusion.
