I want to cancel the renewal of the subscription, I reported it in writing (there is only such a possibility). I was informed that the subscription will not be renewed. However, the subscription fee was debited from my account again. How can I unlink the credit card used to pay for unwanted subscriptions?

  1. Does "I reported it in writing" mean you contacted Kaspersky support & does "I was informed that the subscription will not be renewed" mean, that's the response (you) received from Kaspersky support? 
  2. IF (you) did contact Kaspersky support, they may have misunderstood; did support provide an incident refernce number beginning with: INC0000*, please share that number? 
  3. The issue cannot be resolved here in the Community, please contact Kaspersky Customer Service *again*: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts; on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Order and payment issues, How to stop/cancel automatic renewal? template; please include a detailed history. Support will guide you. 
  • Note: there is no template for changing Payment details, don't worry, Support will work it out. 

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
