OneDrive not syncing with the latest update

Hi everyone,

I couldn't find any topic for this problem on the forum. I have the problem with OneNote that with the latest update it doesn't sync anymore. I have read of users who solved it by disabling HTTPS monitoring/scanning but on the new interface this function is not there.
to solve the problem I have to disable all web security settings, and I don't like this!
Is there anyone who solved it?

Thank you

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

Re-enable Web security settings.

HTTPS scanning settings should be in a similar place like this:

Settings -> Security Settings ->  Advanced Settings -> NetWork Settings.

There You mat try to add OneDrive app to Trusted Applications

Thanks Harlan,
with your help I finally managed to find Kaspersky network settings. Unfortunately the only way to get OneNote to sync is to disable all 'Scan encrypted connections'
Even declaring the app and the url reliable, the synchronization does not pass! 😞

There would be another try (without disabling HTTPS scanning for all apps) that will specify an exclusion of encrypted connection BUT ONLY for OneDrive app, this can be implemented via Intrusion Prevention OneDrive rules, this as an example but with FireFox.exe app:

You may apply this exclusion to all OneDrive related system services.

Thanks Harlan,

Can you tell me the path to make this change?

Thank you

Go to Security -> Intrusion Prevention -> Manager Applications -> in Search (top right), type OneDrive, in the OneDrive services result, right mouse button ->Details & Rules -> Exclusions
