notifications "bell" at the top of the Findmypast webpage won't load. [MOVED]

Hi there, The notifications "bell" at the top of the Findmypast page is showing me that I have 99 notifications waiting to be read. I'd love to read some of these but whenever I click on one, a status bar goes across the screen (at a reasonable speed) but never quite reaches the other side. I end up with a blank page beneath the search bar. I use fibre broadband and, generally, get 35-40Mbs so I don't think that my broadband is the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. //Mod Note: moved to proper section.

Hello Ron.Dullage, Welcome! I've replicated the issue, 'cept I don't have 99 notifications, phew:sweat_smile:. Don't believe its due to Kaspersky software, however, never say never, allow us a little time to dig please? In the meantime, please share with us:

1. KTS version & release e.g KTS19.0.0.1088(e) ? (f) please?
2. Any other Kaspersky software installed? Name/s, version/s please?
3. Operating system, version, build please?
4. Browser/s used, name/s, version/s please?

I'll post back with whatever I find to make the bell divulge all the hidden notifications! Many thanks!
