hello

 

I have clicked “resend verification email” many times, but I am not receiving the verification email. I am receiving other emails from kaspersky including “welcome to the community”. Please help!

The email is NOT in my spam/junk folder.

Thanks for the reply. As I mentioned in my OP, I have clicked the ‘resend verification email’ link many times. I just did it again a few minutes ago. The email is still not coming through.

I too am experiencing this same problem.  How long does it take for you to send the verification email?

@bubonic  Did you receive email (today) from the My Kaspersky portal for activate your account?

no. I have gotten multiple emails from Kaspersky Community all relating to this thread, but I have not received an activation email.
