KasperskyScam
Posted

Today, I noticed a unauthorized charge on my Credit Card by UltraAV for $107 dollars.  After research, I discovered that when Kaspersky had automatically switched my U.S. account to UltraAV without notice or permission.  It should be noted, and this can be easily verified by anyone reading this post, that:

Many users have reported that Kaspersky's antivirus software was replaced with UltraAV without their consent, leading to concerns about unauthorized charges and potential scams. The U.S. government banned Kaspersky due to national security risks, prompting this controversial transition to UltraAV, which has not been independently tested, raising further doubts about its legitimacy.

I don't appreciate Kaspersky sharing my information with a company that is engaged in fraudulent, unauthorized, credit card charges!

I do not have Kaspersky software on my computers, which was removed when you were banned from the United States.  I do not, nor have I ever had, UltraAV software on my computers.

A legitimate company would not have placed former Kaspersky customers in this situation.

Kaspersky, there is NO EXCUSE for this and I don't appreciate being scammed by UltraAV.  Kaspersky is supposed to be in the business of protecting their customers... which you have clearly failed to do!
