No way to add a payment method

Kasperky Internet Security ver. no.:  21.3.10.391 (j)

 

After getting a new debit card, I decided to update my payment details for Kaspersky Internet Security, only to find that there were no payment details at all.  There doesn't seem to be any way to add payment methods if there are none listed already.  Payment methods can only be added or changed if there is a payment method listed already.  The lack of data is most likely due to carelessness on my part while managing my subscription.  How do I set up a payment method for auto-renewal?

• It may depend if the initial KIS license was purchased from within (your) MyKaspersky account, direct from a Kaspersky website or another website; there's some guidelines: How to change your payment details or email you specified when buying a license for a Kaspersky application; IF they don't help - go straight to Kaspersky support: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, select Chat or Email, then fill in: Order and payment issues, Other template; provide a *detailed* history; support will assist if they can.
