no "Scan for Viruses" in context menu when right clicking a file

I don’t know when this happen, I guess after a Windows 10 update or Kaspersky one. Usually when I want to scan for virus in a file, just right click a file and click scan for viruses. But none of the Kaspersky app context menu appear when I right-clicking a file after the update (which I forgot Windows one or Kaspersky).

I have a similar problem. How do I do re-install Kaspersky without losing my activation code?

@Antimony Welcome. During an an on top install Kaspersky is keeping the activation code.
