NO licence, no answers

Kas internet security no longer exists, and I was unable to renew it. Via email, I was given instructions to purchase the PLUS version, which I did for 3 devices. However, I do not have codes or instructions for downloading and install.
I have informed KAS via email, attaching proof of payment, but I have not received any responses. I have sent 4 emails already.

Please advise.
