No deja Descargar la Aplicación de Kaspersky Internet Security

Cordial saludo,

Tengo un licencia de kaspersky Internet Security por un año para un solo computador, ya hice el proceso de registro y añadir el codigo de activación en la pagina oficial de kaspersky, pero en la opcion de apps no me deja descargar la aplicacion kaspersky Internet Security, aparece deshabilitado, muchas gracias y quedo pendiente.
